KidsEmbrace Policies


KidsEmbrace only accepts returns for items purchased directly from KidsEmbrace. If you did not purchase your product from or through our customer service line, please contact the retailer that the item was purchased from. All returns from third parties and their retailers should be processed by the third party/retailer within their specified return policies.

You may return a KidsEmbrace item for a 15% restocking fee if you contact us within 30 days of your purchase date. A return will not be accepted if 30 days after purchase has passed. All merchandise must be in new condition in the original packaging and cannot be used or worn. All parts and materials must be returned including the instruction manual and registration card to receive a full refund. Once received in our warehouse, the item will be inspected for contents. We reserve the right to refuse return and deny credit. A return will not be accepted if a return tracking number was not provided by KidsEmbrace

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team within 30 days of purchase (contact us page link)
  2. You will then receive a return shipping label via email. Make a note of the Tracking number on this label as that will be your reference number for the return. Please return your item within 1 week of receiving the return shipping label
  3. Our warehouse will receive your return and will inspect the return to ensure it is unused and all materials are included. The return will either pass or fail inspection.
  4. If your return has passed the inspection, you will receive a refund within 5 business days. If your return has failed the inspection, you will be contacted by KidsEmbrace.


Thank you for ordering from! We currently ship to 48 mainland United States. Orders placed are usually processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from the time the order is placed. All orders are shipped from our location in Los Angeles, California. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email and receipt at the email address you specified when placing your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an update email with FedEx or UPS tracking information.

At this time, we do not offer shipping outside of the United States. We currently do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.  Orders that contain a different shipping address from billing address may be subject to review.  If this occurs, you will be contacted as this could delay the shipping and processing time of your order.

If you order your items on or around these days you may experience a delay in your shipment.

KidsEmbrace™ warrants its products to the original retail purchaser as follows:


This product is warranted against defective materials or workmanship for one year from the date of original purchase. Proof of purchase is required. The exclusive remedy for this warranty is that KIDSEmbrace™ will, at its option, provide repair or replacement components for this product or refund the original purchase price of the product. KIDSEmbrace™ reserves the right to discontinue or change fabrics, parts, models or products, or to make substitutions. To make a claim under this warranty, contact KIDSEmbrace™ Customer Service at 1-866-947-3287. Proof of purchase is required. PLEASE COMPLETE ONLINE REGISTRATION OR MAIL THE OWNER REGISTRATION CARD WITHIN (30) DAYS OF PURCHASE.


This warranty does not include damages, which arise from negligence, misuse or use not in accordance with the product instruction. The use of non-KIDSEmbrace™ covers, inserts, toys, accessories, or tightening devices is not approved by KIDSEmbrace™. Their use could take this restraint out of compliance with Federal Safety Regulations or negatively affect the performance in a crash. Their use automatically voids the KIDSEmbrace™ warranty.


The warranty and remedies as set forth above are exclusive and in lieu of all others, oral or written, express or implied. In no event will KIDSEmbrace™ or the retailer selling this product, be liable for any damages, including incidental or consequential damages, arising out of the use or inability to use this product. All cosmetic damages must be brought to the attention of KidsEmbrace within 14 days of purchase to be covered under warranty. 


Any implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchant-ability and fitness for a particular purpose, shall be limited to the duration and terms of the express written warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights, which vary from state to state. Neither KIDSEmbrace™, nor the retailer selling this product, authorizes any person to create for it any other warranty, obligation, or liability in connection with this product.


Child restraints could be recalled for safety reasons. You must register this restraint in order to be reached in a recall. Use the registration card or send your name, address, and the restraint's model number and the manufacturing date to:
